Help us to improve our service by leaving us either a compliment, suggestion or complaint. Every comment is appreciated and enables us to learn and improve the service we offer to you.

Suggestions and Complaints

Things can sometimes go wrong, even in the best run organisations, but if you feel something is going wrong, or could be done better we want to hear from you. All suggestions and complaints are taken very seriously and will receive full investigation in line with the practices comprehensive written procedure.  Depending on the situation, you may be asked to come to the surgery to discuss your concerns.

If you would like to compliment our service, staff, or let us know of a positive experience that have had with us, we would be grateful for your feedback.  All compliments are shared to all our staff to encourage positive experiences gained from patients.

How to submit your comments

  1. Our suggestion box located in our waiting area.
  2. In writing for the attention of Practice Manager.
  3. Fill in the form below.

It is usual practice for us to acknowledge complaints within 7 days and respond within 21 days. If you have submitted a complaint and have not received a response please let us know.
